Before you write

Board sizes, piece materials and what fits inside the drawer are already answered on How to Choose a Set and in the FAQ. Every product page carries the board size, and the weight wherever we hold it.

An order that has already shipped

Send the order number and we will pull the tracking. Orders leave in 2–3 business days and arrive in 7–11.

Returns

Fourteen days from delivery. If the set arrived damaged or faulty we pay the return; if you simply changed your mind, the return postage is yours. The steps are on the Returns page.
