Shipping

Where we ship

United States, all fifty states.

How long it takes

Orders are packed and leave our fulfillment partner in 2–3 business days. Delivery takes a further 5–8 business days, so 7–11 business days in total. You get a tracking number the moment the parcel leaves.

What it costs

Free on every order, with no minimum. There is nothing to pay on delivery: no customs, no handling fee, no surprise at the door.

How it is packed

Boards travel in a double-walled carton with the pieces held in their own tray or drawer. A 15 in board with metal pieces weighs close to 7 lb, so the packing is built for that weight rather than for looks.

If something arrives damaged

Photograph the box and the board before you unpack any further, and send both to support@theproperset.com. We replace it. You do not pay to send the damaged one back.
