Fourteen days

You have fourteen days from the day the parcel arrives. The set has to come back in the condition it left, in its own box.

Who pays the return

If the set arrived damaged, faulty, or is not what the page described, we pay the return and send a replacement. If you simply changed your mind, the return postage is yours — return postage on a heavy, boxed set adds up, and we would rather tell you the cost than hide it.

How to start one

Email support@theproperset.com with the order number. We answer within one business day and send the address.

Refund

Issued to the original payment method once the set is back with us, usually within three business days of arrival, and never more than ten.
