Where we ship

To addresses in the United States, all fifty states. We do not ship outside the United States.

Timing

Orders are prepared in two to three business days and delivered in five to eight, so seven to eleven business days in total. You receive a tracking number when the parcel leaves.

What counts as a business day

Monday to Friday, Eastern Time, excluding United States public holidays. An order placed on a Saturday, a Sunday or a holiday is counted from the next business day. The two to three days of preparation start then, not on the day of the order.

Cost

Free on every order, with no minimum. Import duties and taxes, where they apply, are covered by us and not charged to you on delivery.

Packing

Boards travel in a double-walled carton with the pieces held in their own tray or drawer. A fifteen-inch board with metal pieces weighs close to seven pounds, and the packing is built for that weight.

If the address is wrong

Email us before the parcel leaves and we correct it at no cost. Once it has left, an address can no longer be changed. A parcel returned to us as undeliverable is sent out again as soon as you confirm a corrected address.

If a parcel is late or lost

If tracking has not moved for five business days, email support@theproperset.com with your order number and we open a claim with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost we send a replacement.
