These terms govern every order placed on theproperset.com. Placing an order means you accept them.

The products

We describe every set with the measurements we publish on its product page. Wood is a natural material: grain and tone vary from one board to the next, and that variation is not a defect.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in United States dollars and include no hidden fee. Payment is taken at the moment of the order. If a price is displayed in error we will contact you before dispatching and you may cancel at no cost.

Accepting an order

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when the parcel leaves, not when the payment is taken. We may decline an order and refund it in full if the set is no longer available, if the price was published in error, or if the order looks fraudulent. We sell to people ordering for themselves, aged eighteen or over.

Shipping and risk

We ship to addresses in the United States. Orders leave in two to three business days and arrive in seven to eleven. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave. If a parcel arrives damaged, tell us before unpacking further and we replace it.

Cancelling and returning

You have fourteen days from delivery to return a set. If it arrived damaged, faulty, or not as described, we pay the return and replace it or refund you. If you changed your mind, the return postage is yours. We charge no restocking fee. The full procedure is on our Refund Policy.

No subscriptions

Every order on this store is a single purchase of a physical set. We sell no subscription, no membership and no digital product, and we never place a recurring charge on a card.

Our liability

We are responsible for the set arriving as described and in working order. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, by exposure to sun or damp, or by repairs attempted by someone else. Nothing here limits any right you hold under consumer law.

Your account and your data

You are responsible for keeping your account details to yourself. How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Nothing in them removes the protections available to you as a consumer in your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you placed it.
